DevOps Engineer Apprentice @DWP(Jan 2022 - Present) The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is responsible for welfare, pensions and child maintenance policy. As the UK’s biggest public service department it administers the State Pension and a range of working age, disability and ill health benefits to around 20 million claimants and customers.

• Began with a 10 week software development bootcamp, followed by an 8 week devops engineering bootcamp, provided by Makers Academy
• Started my placement with DWP where I have been working on internal projects such as creating centralised user management solutions accross AWS accounts, and migrating vital services to AWS EKS.
